Healing Roots Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all personal information we collect, including information shared through program registration, bursary applications, donations, and general inquiries.

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to deliver our programs, assess eligibility for assistance, and communicate with participants, donors, and volunteers. We do not sell, trade, or disclose personal information for commercial purposes.

Information is kept confidential and is only shared with individuals who need it to carry out their responsibilities on behalf of the Foundation, or where required by law. Personal information is retained only as long as necessary and is securely destroyed when no longer needed.
